Our growing dental practices in New Hampton and Charles City are seeking a dedicated, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This key role blends administrative leadership with clinical coordination to ensure a seamless patient experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Administrative Leadership

  • Oversee daily office flow to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Handle patient questions, concerns, and billing inquiries professionally
  • Maintain and update electronic patient records in compliance with regulations
  • Process insurance claims and coordinate financial arrangements

Treatment Coordination

  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
  • Guide patients through recommended care and financial options
  • Assist with patient intake and preparation for appointments
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and support clinical organization
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
  • Obtain a Dental Assistant License within 6 months of hire (if not already licensed)

Patient Experience

  • Deliver a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient
  • Address patient needs and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Support initiatives designed to improve patient satisfaction and office culture

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in treatment coordination, office management, or clinical coordination
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and treatment protocols
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and dental practice management software
  • Understanding of OSHA and infection control standards

Salary:

$18.00 - $32.00 per hour
