What You’ll Do
Administrative Leadership
- Oversee daily office flow to ensure efficiency and organization
- Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle patient questions, concerns, and billing inquiries professionally
- Maintain and update electronic patient records in compliance with regulations
- Process insurance claims and coordinate financial arrangements
Treatment Coordination
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Guide patients through recommended care and financial options
- Assist with patient intake and preparation for appointments
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain inventory of supplies and support clinical organization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
- Obtain a Dental Assistant License within 6 months of hire (if not already licensed)
Patient Experience
- Deliver a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient
- Address patient needs and concerns promptly and effectively
- Support initiatives designed to improve patient satisfaction and office culture
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Previous experience in treatment coordination, office management, or clinical coordination
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and treatment protocols
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and dental practice management software
- Understanding of OSHA and infection control standards
